Hotel Kalofer is situated in the biggest sea resort in the southern part of the Bulgarian sea coast Sunny Beach, 36 km. northern from Bourgas and 90 km. southern from Varna, 1,5 km. from the resort is Nesebar one of the most ancient towns in Europe, inheritor of the ancient settlement Mesembria. Hotel Kalofer is situated on the main street, connecting town Nesebar and vacation village Saint Vlas. The distance to the central part of the resort is 10 minutes, to the beach stripe is 80 metres. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are also bus stops, a bank, night and day clubs and shops.
The hotel has 62 Standart double rooms, all equipped with: two beds, air conditioning, international direct telephone, mini bar, TV set with satellite channels, In room internet, bathroom with a hair - dryer and a shower, terrace. Kalofer offers as well Double luxury rooms that are larger than the Standart double rooms. They allow the accommodation of three people and include the possibility for a French - bed bedroom suite. Some of the bathrooms in the Double luxury rooms have a bath tubs.
